As the exclusive logistics service provider to the Canadian Retail Shippers' Association, CRSA Logistics provides all day-to-day management of the Associations' programs. The strategic aspects of the program are defined with the direction of the CRSA Executive Committee. The Executive Committee meets several times per year to review program performance and provide any necessary direction. Ocean carrier selection is an Executive Committee decision, taken periodically as existing contracts expire.
