Ryder finalizes Ryder CRSA Logistics logo
Our mission is to utilize the significant assets of the Ryder organization, where appropriate, to build on and augment the success of CRSA Logistics, while respecting the past success of both the Association and CRSA Logistics. As such, in the coming months, you will begin to see the use of the tagline “a division of Ryder” appended to the CRSA Logistics logo, rather than our formal Ryder CRSA Logistics name.
Ryder Systems Inc Acquires CRSA Logistics and Transpacific Container Terminal. LTD
On October 2, 2008 Ryder announced that it has reached an agreement to acquire substantially all the assets of Transpacific Container Terminal Ltd. (TCTL) and CRSA Logistics (CRSA). Also being acquired are CRSA operations in Hong Kong and Shanghai, China. The acquisition is expected to be finalized in late November and is subject to closing conditions.Read more...
