Executive Committee Announcement
Mark Trylinski of Sony of Canada has been unanimously endorsed as the new permanent CRSA Chairman at the annual Executive Committee meeting held in Vancouver, BC, on October 2nd and 3rd, 2008. Mark has a long service record as a member representative at the CRSA Executive Committee meetings, as well as extensive experience in the logistics supply chain.

The next CRSA Executive Committee meeting will be held in Toronto on December 4th, 2008.

Ryder Systems Inc Acquires CRSA Logistics and Transpacific Container Terminal. LTD
On October 2, 2008 Ryder announced that it has reached an agreement to acquire substantially all the assets of Transpacific Container Terminal Ltd. (TCTL) and CRSA Logistics Ltd. (CRSA). Also being acquired are CRSA operations in Hong Kong and Shanghai, China. The acquisition is expected to be finalized in late November and is subject to closing conditions.Read more...

Sears Canada recognizes CRSA Logistics
We are proud to announce that CRSA Logistics has once again been recognized by Sears Canada as one of their top suppliers. Sears Canada has bestowed on CRSA Logistics Ltd one of their “Partners in Progress” awards for service provided in the year 2007. This award is presented to a select few of their many suppliers and recognizes our contribution to Sears Canada through our innovation, high quality service and operational efficiency.

In 2007 it was our overseas operations that were identified as having provided a high quality of service throughout Asia to the numerous Sears Canada associates.

CRSA Logistics ( Hong Kong ) celebrates 10 years
We are pleased to report that CRSA Logistics ( Hong Kong ) recently celebrated the 10th anniversary of the opening of their Hong Kong office . There was a dinner and celebration that was particularly noteworthy with the attendance of seven of the original eight employees . A good time was had by all , leaving a sense of pride of accomplishment as well as anticipation for the office's continuing growth and success.
