
All the financial and administrative transactions of the Associations' Offshore Program flow through the books of CRSA Logistics. Every month there are millions of dollars worth of transportation related activities driven by the program. As well as the sophisticated systems that are required to manage these activities, skilled and professional human resources are again an absolute requirement. To assist the CRSA Executive in their oversight responsibilities a third party audit of all program transactions is performed every year.
CRSA Logistics provides an annual operating plan to the Executive Committee, which includes all management costs and services to be performed. All elements and cost components are examined individually before they are bundled into simple internal rate structures. All costs are allocated on a shared and equitable service requirement basis.
